Presidential Problems

What in the world is going on in the White House? Everyday seems like another disaster. The President seems to be more focused on who to attack next, than what is going on around him. I do not personally think he is a stupid man. But I do think his ego has taken over, and he is determined to prove everybody wrong, at all costs. It may be at the cost of his Presidency. He believes, and rightfully so, that our military is ready to jump in to any conflict and come out ahead. But you do not just "jump in"! As President, you do not "try" to lead your country into war. You don't deliberately "try" to piss off other countries to the point that they will make rash or bad decisions. I personally don't care if they do get pissed off or not, but the point being that you have to consider the consequences first. The majority of his decisions right now are very self destructive. When he was elected, I wondered what kind of leader he would be. I hoped for the best, since I will not vote for a Democrat, and envisioned his business prowess as a plus. Sorry if I offended any Democrats, but I have watched them for many years, and they are slow to get things done, and quick to help the rich get richer. They believe diplomacy is the answer to everything, and I wish that were true; but it's not. Sometimes saying the word "diplomacy" is just a cover for the real reasons; they do not want to be known for starting a war, or doing anything bad. I don't really blame them for that. But it seems they are more worried about their legacy than the country. As a military minded person, I know that diplomacy does work in many situations. And I also know that it's absolutely useless in others. I do not fault any politician for trying to "reason" with another country; that is their job. But that is exactly why we have a great military; when reason doesn't work. War is not a politicians job, it is the militarys' job.
It is obvious to anybody with half a brain that CNN and the majority of the press are out to get his head. For some reasons, rightfully so. But the more they talk, and talk, and talk, it becomes apparent that it is personal because Trump attacked them. THAT is not good news. Using your position as a member of the press to launch personal attacks is unprofessional. Most of CNN's "guest speakers" are Democrats, because they want to attack Trump every chance they get. The guests who are Republican are usually ridiculed and made to look stupid to the public. This is very obvious and intentional. I am not saying that Trump is doing a good job. In fact, he sucks and should be removed as soon as possible.
Am I a Trump supporter; no. But I sure wasn't a Clinton supporter either! She broke the law and still ran for President. How can we even allow that to happen in our country? Many will say it wasn't proven. Nothing has been "proven" against Trump either. It's all hearsay. If it were real evidence, it would or should be immediately acted upon, President or not. Clinton was "allowed" to run for office because many Democrats "wanted" her to run to try keep power with them. When you cover for a member of your party at the cost of the U.S. people, then aren't you just as guilty as she is? Everything I am saying is true (in my opinion), and if it got you upset, then it means it hit home and is even more true.
I personally believe that Trump will be impeached fairly soon. If he isn't, then we are surely looking at a battle with North Korea (which may happen anyway, sooner or later!). Right now the biggest threat to the U.S. is it's own President! Even if Pence were to take over, he would also be facing stiff opposition. The Democrats will do anything to retain power in the White House. You think I'm wrong? Watch what happens if Trump is sent packing and Pence takes over. He will immediately be attacked and every single decision he makes will be turned against him. If he does take over, HE is the legal elected representative of the people. He has a right to be heard and obeyed as President. Until he proves otherwise, he is the boss! It doesn't matter what CNN thinks or anyone else. They are too busy hiding behind the "freedom of the press" canvass, which they believe gives them the right to say anything that they want freely, with no repercussions. Read the ammendment again. The press does NOT have the right to say whatever it wants if it undermines and weakens the authority of the government (the President).
Whatever your opinion of the President may be, good or bad, or if you agree with me or not, this is getting to be a grave situation. If the U.S. is weakened, and it is right now, by internal fighting and strife, it just opens the door wide for our enemies to take advantage of situations. And they have done that! They are still doing that right now! We are too busy arguing amongst ourselves to keep our eyes and ears where they should be. I think we have gone from a country which can openly, and professionally, argue any situation or issue, still staying strong together, to a country full of petty bickering, self-destructive, selfish behavior. This is not the U.S. most of us grew up in any longer. This is the age when the U.S. starts to decline (God I truly hope not), while others get stronger around us. If you follow history, then you know that EVERY major power, government, or empire has fallen sooner or later. That failure is directly due to changes in the people and their thinking. But, there is nothing in the history books that says we cannot be the first country in history that did not fall. All it takes is for the people to stay strong together. Right now, it's not looking too good for us, is it?

It's a cool blue sky above!
